Delete your Five City account
You can permanently delete your Five City account and its data at any time — in the app, here on the website, or by email. Five City is an app by Ammar Alhayki.
1In the app (fastest)
- Open Five City and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
2Here on the website
No app needed. Sign in with your Five City email address and password to prove the account is yours, then confirm.
Sign in
Your email address and password go directly to our authentication provider (Supabase) over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your password.
Confirm deletion
This permanently deletes your account and everything listed under What gets deleted. It can’t be undone.
Your account has been deleted
Your Five City account and its data have been permanently deleted, and you have been signed out.

3By email
Can’t sign in? Email devoxdy@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my Five City account” and your username.
To protect you from unauthorized deletion, we only act on requests sent from the account’s own email address, and we may ask you to confirm by replying. We delete verified accounts within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address and password
- Your profile: username, display name, bio, photo, country and preferences
- Your posts, replies and likes, and the photos you uploaded
- Your private messages — sent and received (they disappear for the other person too)
- Groups you created (including their messages), your group memberships and your group messages
- Your friends, friend requests, blocks, notifications and guide progress
- Reports you submitted
Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone. Other people may still have copies of things you shared with them, such as screenshots, which we can’t control.
What we keep, and for how long

Want to delete only some data? You can delete your posts, replies and the messages you sent in the app at any time, or email us to ask us to delete specific data without deleting your account.
