Report a safety problem
The fastest way is in the app: use Report on the post, reply, message, group or profile. You can also email us with the username and what happened. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and accounts that break our Terms & Community Guidelines.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Common questions
I didn’t get the confirmation email
Check your spam or junk folder. Wait a few minutes, then try signing up again in the app with the same email address. Still nothing? Email us from that address and we’ll help.
I forgot my password
Password reset isn’t available in the app yet. Email us from your account’s email address and we’ll look into it with you. If you’d rather remove the account, see Delete your account.
How do I report someone or something?
Long-press any post, reply or message and choose Report, or open their profile and tap Report user. In a private chat you can also tap the flag icon. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours.
How do I block someone?
Open their profile (or long-press their message) and tap Block user. You will no longer see their posts, replies or messages, and they can’t message you or send you friend requests. Manage the people you’ve blocked in Profile → Settings → Blocked users.
Can I delete my posts or messages?
Yes. You can delete your own posts and replies, and the messages you sent. Deleting a message removes it for both of you.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Without the app: use our account deletion page, or email us from your account’s email address. Deletion is permanent.
Does Five City sell anything?
No. There are no purchases, subscriptions or payments of any kind. We never sell game accounts, in-game money, boosts or cheats — please report anyone who offers them. Five City staff will never ask for your password or for money. Only enter your password in the Five City app or on our account deletion page at five-city.pages.dev.
Is Five City official?
No. Five City is an unofficial, fan-made app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, and its own artwork and text are original.
Which languages are supported?
English and Arabic. You can switch the app language at any time in Settings → Language.
